I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sylvia Smith and Dr Aho and the back office team for the amazing customer service and sensitivity provided to my family member.
My elderly cousin experienced a broken tooth and unfortunately was in a skilled nursing facility due to a recent medical procedure. In addition, she also has Alzheimer’s. Sylvia facilitated getting us in quickly. She not only took the time to fully go over all our options for treatment and payment, but also assisted in providing information on an insurance plan to assist us with future dental care that will be needed as my cousin does not have dental insurance.
This is extremely important for the elderly, which these types of expenses can be hard on their fixed incomes. This level of service is unfortunately not the standard anymore so being able to have someone who still understands the importance of being able to take time with their patient to fully explain and help is not only extremely refreshing, but so appreciated.

New patient, my child had a severe cavity that required oral surgery. I called in a panic and not only did they get us an appt. The next day as a new patient they were able to extract the bad tooth at time of visit. The doctor was great with my kiddo. Thanks you guys are awesome!
